Your data
Your store’s data stays your store’s data.
One store, one database, one model. Never pooled, never shared.
PerkQi reads your orders, customers and products from Shopify, plus how shoppers respond to offers in your store. It uses them to recommend targets, test promotions and write each shopper’s message.
Shopify’s checkout handles every payment — PerkQi never sees or stores card details. GDPR questions go to [email protected].
Leave whenever you like. We give you a copy of your database first, then delete it from our systems.
A separate database for each store
Your customer and order data is kept in its own isolated database, never mixed with another merchant’s.
A model trained only on your store
PerkQi learns from your store alone. Your data is never used to train models for other merchants.
Kept about 14 months
Customer scoring looks back up to a year, so we keep data for about 14 months. Older data is removed.
Do I need a developer to use PerkQi?
No. You install the app and create promotions by typing what you want. There is no code to write and no theme files to edit.
What data does PerkQi read from my store?
Your orders, customers and products from Shopify, plus how shoppers interact with offers in your store. It uses this to recommend targets, test promotions and personalise offers.
Can the AI give a discount I didn't approve?
No. The AI only chooses from promotions you approved. Every discount is checked against your margin floor, stacking rules and budget cap before it is applied. If it breaks a rule, it is blocked.
Who writes the messages my shoppers see?
PerkQi writes them, using only facts from your promotions and your store data. You are responsible for making sure your promotions follow the advertising and consumer laws in your country.
Where is my data stored?
Each store has its own isolated database. Stores in India are hosted in our own data centre in India. Stores in other countries are hosted on Amazon Web Services in India.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Ask us to delete it. We give you a copy of your database first, then delete it from our systems.
How does the AI advisor charge work?
The advisor in Studio uses AI to answer your questions and draft promotions. You pay for the AI processing your questions use, on top of your plan.
Do you process payments?
No. Shopify's checkout processes payments. PerkQi works with the cart and the discount, not the card.
